1. Dependence on God
Because His word, prayer, and His Holy Spirit is essential to fulfill our part in His Great Commission.

2. Deep Commitment
Because Christ commanded the church to commit to championing the cause of making Disciples—it isn’t an option. We are committed to a “whatever it takes” attitude by honoring God with our time, talents, and resources.

3. Being Strategic
Because Christ was strategic in fulfilling the Great Commission. His plan of action for making Disciples was intentional by establishing effective environments to reach the lost, establish believers, and equipping the workers. Our Guest, Friend, and Family Environments are strategically and intentionally designed to follow Christ model for making Disciples.

4. Team Leadership
Because Christ promoted team leadership by empowering a team of Disciples who championed the cause of Christ and turned the world upside down. Teamwork promotes ownership, a shared purpose, and life fulfillment. It equips people to lead, succeed, and increase the influence of Christ within our church, our community, and the world.

5. Excellence
Because the Lord himself is a God of excellence, as shown by the beauty of His creation and by His giving of the best He had, His only son, for us. We believe excellence in life and ministry to be the only attitude that honors God. We seek to maintain a high standard by striving to go above and beyond what is required to make Disciples and change people’s mind about church.

6. People
Because people matter to God, and therefore, ought to matter to the church regardless of status, age, race, or color.

7. Intentional Relationships
Because the New Testament Church modeled strong Biblical Community by intentionally meeting together in homes. They bible says they were devoted to studying the word together, breaking bread together, and praying together. We believe Discipleship and life-change happens best in authentic community. Small groups are one of the most effective means of building relationships, stimulating spiritual growth, and developing leaders. It is our mission to love God, love people, and love life together.
